Welcome to Anywhere Yoga!

Yoga can be a dynamic, playful, joyful, and relaxing experience! Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a curious bystander, I hope I am able to answer some of your questions about hatha yoga, and plant a seed of wonder for this enriching, transformative practice. What is it that brings you to your mat? Is it a longing to feel the radiance of your hamstrings, the depth of your own sweet breath, or simply to de-stress after a busy day? It doesn't really matter what is leading you there, the point is to come to your mat, be present, and take it breath by breath. There are are many ways to access the practice of yoga; visit a local yoga studio, find an inspiring book, or get yourself a yoga video or dvd.

With yoga studios popping up on city corners like Starbucks, it can a bit overwhelming with choices! There’s Bikram, Power, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, to name a few. The really great thing is that all of them are useful, powerful, and open to everybody.

At Open Heart Yoga studio we have a wide range of classes to suit the needs of everyone. Classes are designed to be safe, inclusive and fun. We have several new classes happening at our winter wonderland studio this season and are excited to be planning several new programs this coming fall. Drop ins are always welcome, so if you are in the area please come by for a class! Hope to see you on the mat!
